Description
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will develop Dry Gas Mechanical Seals and associated auxiliary systems for industrial compressors, covering concept, mechanical design, analysis, prototyping, testing, qualification, manufacturing launch, and field support. The role applies turbomachinery, fluid dynamics, tribology, materials, vibration, FEA, CAD, instrumentation, data acquisition, IoT, and mechatronics technologies, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, product management, aftermarket, and customers. A BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline and at least 8 years of relevant rotating-equipment or turbomachinery experience are required.
