BBF Limited is hiring an NPD Manager in Hull for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The customer-facing role leads end-to-end new product development projects from concept and test bakery through factory trials, scale-up, launch, and group-portfolio delivery; provides technical and commercial direction; manages risks and stakeholder alignment; governs projects through PLM; and leads at least one direct report. The role also involves strategic customer engagement, site visits, and travel. Candidates need at least five years of FMCG experience, preferably managing complex NPD projects, a degree or equivalent professional experience, food-related qualifications or industry experience, and a full driving licence.
