Kepak is hiring an NPD Manager to lead its product development pipeline and a high-performing NPD team. The role owns new-product, renovation, and innovation projects from concept through launch and post-launch review, establishes project governance and stage-gate controls, collaborates with commercial, technical, operations, marketing, and customer teams, and monitors performance, costs, resource utilisation, and ROI. The position requires experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or a related environment, managing multiple projects, leading teams, commercial awareness, stakeholder management, governance frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
