Description
The Project Manager will lead New Product Development projects from conception through commercialization, managing planning, estimation, budgets, requirements, execution, risks, resources, stakeholder communication, regulatory processes, and project outcomes. The role manages multiple R&D projects concurrently, supports cross-functional collaboration, and ensures adherence to Binks engineering standards and global policies. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field and at least three years of program or project management experience in an R&D or engineering environment are required.
