Molex Aerospace & Defense Solutions is hiring an NPD Sourcing Engineer in Georgetown, Texas, to support new product development and product lifecycle initiatives through supplier engagement, sourcing leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. The role leads supplier identification, evaluation, selection, negotiation, qualification, onboarding, risk mitigation, and cost-reduction activities for aerospace and defense components and assemblies, while partnering with engineering, operations, quality, program management, and procurement teams. A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and at least three years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, engineering, or new product development are required.
