Description
Aeva is hiring an NPI Alignment Engineer to develop precision optoelectronic active alignment equipment from concept through production release, collaborate with design teams and contract manufacturers, troubleshoot hardware and process issues, perform failure analysis, source and buy off alignment requirements, and provide design-for-manufacturing feedback. The role requires at least five years of experience developing custom optoelectronic active alignment equipment and processes, along with expertise in geometric optics, mechanical alignment hardware, alignment algorithms, automation hardware, epoxies, and supplier management.
