Description
This role is responsible for executing NPI and engineering change projects, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure effective implementation, preparing and updating engineering documentation for factory change projects, supporting PSW submissions, maintaining mass-production project engineering data, and supporting VAVE initiatives and customer complaint resolution from an engineering perspective. The position also involves feasibility assessments, engineering validation, E-BOM and supplier list updates, BOP SPEC and test plan preparation, CAMDS/IMDS submissions, KPC/KCC updates, and collaboration with manufacturing engineering and suppliers. The role requires a college degree or above in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline, at least 3 years of experience, and proficiency with 3D software such as UG or CATIA; experience with automotive interior/exterior product development is preferred.
