Kidde Global Solutions is hiring an NPI Engineer in Navojoa, Sonora, Mexico to manage New Product Introduction, Transfer of Work, and Engineering Change projects for electronic manufacturing. The role coordinates pilot runs, product validation, production documentation, engineering changes, cost estimates, process improvements, and EHS compliance, while providing technical support to Production. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electronics or industrial engineering, at least five years of electronic manufacturing experience, and experience with electronic board assembly, SMT, and NPI/TOW projects.
