KRUSH Labs is hiring a highly skilled NPI Engineer to bridge product design and manufacturing for advanced unmanned systems and hardware. The role focuses on setting up a production system and strategy, developing and validating manufacturing and assembly processes, leading quality and root-cause analysis efforts, coordinating tools and test equipment, and serving as the main liaison across R&D, supply chain, quality assurance, and mass production teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years of NPI or manufacturing engineering experience.
