Description
The NPI Engineer will develop and implement new products and manufacturing processes, including work instructions, procedures, APQP documentation, process validation, troubleshooting, ERP implementation, product disposition, equipment qualification, training, and continuous improvement. The role requires an engineering degree in material science, mechanical, or mechatronic engineering, blueprint and technical-drawing interpretation, up to 2–3 years of experience, and good English and communication skills.
