Description
The NPI Engineer drives product development from concept through mass production by setting up new products in WM, TRR, and DC, conducting process development risk assessments and evaluation planning, establishing stable process conditions through SPC, analyzing sample-build data, and preparing technical reports for cross-functional teams and REL-AED. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 2–3 years of semiconductor, assembly, manufacturing, or process engineering experience, or relevant internship/project exposure for a fresh graduate, along with knowledge of manufacturing processes, defect mechanisms, SPC, data analysis, and DOE.
