Description
Neko is hiring an NPI Engineer to transfer stable electronic designs into volume production. The role owns the industrialization plan, ICT and functional test fixtures, DFM and DFT improvements, contract-manufacturer build readiness, production test software and firmware, yield analysis, and regulated-product documentation. The position requires experience with electronic product manufacturing, production test fixture design, DFM/DFT, contract manufacturing, schematic and layout debugging, process and yield improvement, and a relevant engineering degree or equivalent practical experience, along with fluent English.
