Description
Carrier Global Corporation is hiring an NPI Engineering Manager to lead the New Product Introduction engineering team responsible for industrializing new and transferred products from early design through pilot builds, first-of-kind production, start of production, and rate ramp. The role owns manufacturing and launch readiness, APQP, PFMEA, control plans, PPAP, process validation, tooling and equipment projects, budgets, supplier readiness, production transfers, and handoffs to sustaining operations. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant manufacturing or product-launch experience, or a master's degree and 6+ years of such experience, along with team leadership and launch-management experience. The annual salary is $96,000 to $192,000, with short-term cash incentives and medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
