Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or PhD with 3+ years of experience, or equivalent experience
Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management
Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating leadership and influence
Program management experience in a similar role
Preferred Qualifications: Experience or knowledge of semiconductor fabrication, semiconductor equipment operations, or related industries
Knowledge of program management methods and Product Development & Release procedures
Supply chain knowledge for critical commodities, sourcing decisions, and cost strategies
Technical background in the semiconductor industry and knowledge of etch, deposition, and clean equipment
