Flex is hiring a Process Engineer in Juarez Sur to support manufacturing teams by evaluating designs and processes for manufacturability, implementing and overseeing new process equipment, establishing repeatable process parameters, troubleshooting production issues, improving cycle time and yield, selecting engineered materials, and developing process documentation and training. The role requires intermediate English, typically a bachelor’s degree, and experience in electronics industries and PCBs is desirable.
