Description
The role owns new-product-introduction processes and yield ramping, develops and validates manufacturing processes, leads cross-functional troubleshooting, manages handover to mass production, and releases validation reports, SOPs, and process deliverables. It also collaborates with internal teams and vendors to deploy full-cycle automation projects and supports special assignments. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or above in an electronic, electrical, optical, telecommunications, or related engineering field, at least five years of end-to-end NPI project delivery experience in mid-to-high volume consumer electronics or opto-electronics manufacturing, proficiency in 8D, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis, and fluency in English and Mandarin.
