Molex is hiring an NPI Process Engineer – Progressive Stamping to support new product and innovation activities at its Lincoln, Nebraska facility. The role focuses on developing, qualifying, validating, troubleshooting, and launching progressive stamping tools and manufacturing processes, collaborating with tooling, product development, quality, and manufacturing teams, and maintaining process documentation and operational excellence. Candidates need a technical degree or hands-on experience in progressive stamping, tooling, machining, or a related manufacturing process, along with experience with engineering documentation, Microsoft Office, cross-functional problem solving, and preferably NPI, tooling design, process qualification, CAD, project management, quality, and high-speed precision stamping experience.
