Description
Molex is hiring an NPI Process Engineer in Zacoalco de Torres, Jalisco, to design, implement, optimize, and control the assembly of plastic connectors and headers. The role covers process documentation, production-line balancing, Lean and Six Sigma improvements, tooling and equipment validation, PPAP and other process validations, quality problem-solving, KPI monitoring, new-product launches, and coordination with quality, maintenance, and production. Candidates need industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, or related engineering education, at least three years of NPI process experience, and experience with automotive manufacturing, plastic and metal component assembly, CAD, vision systems, and automotive quality methods.
