Description
MatX is hiring an experienced NPI Product Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between engineering and manufacturing for AI compute hardware. The role owns product readiness, qualification, quality, and manufacturing readiness from EVT through PVT, coordinates with hardware, mechanical, systems, test, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams, manages JDM/ODM partner reviews, drives defect and yield analysis, and leads product transitions to mass production. The position requires at least five years of NPI or hardware product engineering experience and offers a US base salary of $160,000 to $275,000 plus equity for early-career candidates, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
