Description
The NPI Supervisor leads day-to-day manufacturing execution for new products from engineering and pilot builds through low-rate initial production and handoff to sustained operations. The role develops build plans and schedules, coordinates materials and production readiness, validates processes and quality systems, supports continuous improvement, and provides direct floor leadership for technicians, operators, and production leads. The position requires at least five years of manufacturing, production, operations, or NPI experience, including two years leading production teams, and offers an annual base salary of $113,750 to $146,250 plus equity and benefits.
