Description
The Plexus Program Leadership role leads a regional program leadership team and direct reports across global geographic regions and Plexus market sectors. The role owns full-value-stream, new-product-introduction, and transition programs; develops program plans; coordinates Engineering Solutions, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Aftermarket Solutions, and customer stakeholders; manages KSFs and KPIs; supports business development; and oversees resource loading, staffing, service-center costs, and product commercialization P&L. The position requires 10 years of related experience, with 5 years of equivalent industry experience preferred, along with strong computer, communication, mentoring, and program-management skills.
