Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring an NPI Program Management Leader to lead a team of NPI Program Managers focused on security products, certification programs, and cross-product initiatives within HPE Networking. The role manages program delivery, budgets, schedules, resources, outsourced partners, process improvement, and people development; advises engineering, product management, and pillar leadership; and reports to the Vice President of Operations for Product & Engineering for HPE Networking. The position is onsite at an HPE office in the United States, with a base salary of USD 183,000–389,500 in California and variable incentives.
