Formlabs is hiring an Operations Program Manager to scale production of 3D printers and accessories in the Shenzhen Bay area. The role leads new product introduction programs from concept through mass production, develops manufacturing plans, coordinates with engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams, manages contract manufacturers and suppliers, improves production efficiency, mitigates risks, and reports program status to stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, at least five years of operations program management experience, strong manufacturing and supply chain knowledge, and fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
