Description
Form Energy is hiring an NPI Project Engineer to own the introduction and implementation of mechanical product and process changes into its high-volume battery manufacturing facility. The role partners with the Technical Program Manager to manage engineering change risks, production trials, cutover planning, ERP and BOM updates, and NPI systems and standards. It requires 6–10 years of manufacturing engineering, NPI, or engineering change management experience, familiarity with Oracle, and strong cross-functional communication. The position is based onsite at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, West Virginia, with relocation assistance available.
