Lucid is hiring a full-time NPI Project Engineer II for its Casa Grande, Arizona headquarters. The role leads new product introductions and engineering changes for exterior vehicle systems and components, supporting pre-validation builds, Start of Production launches, MBOM readiness, engineering change implementation, material and system readiness, Touch to Check activities, risk management, and cross-functional launch coordination. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, experience with NPI, manufacturing engineering, program launches, change management, or MBOM management, and strong project management and communication skills.
