Description
Heron Power is hiring an NPI/Prototype Build Program Manager to lead the transition from prototype builds to volume production. The role owns end-to-end build program execution, pilot technician hiring and development, build readiness, manufacturing transitions, engineering change cutovers, schedules, risks, yield, and program reporting. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and 7+ years of hardware NPI, prototype-build, or manufacturing engineering experience, including 2–3+ years managing a technician or build team. The position is people-leadership and program-ownership focused, with a potential path to Head of Production.
