Robin Radar is hiring an NPI Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing and outsourcing of critical radar hardware from early prototype through volume production. The role partners with R&D, Production, Quality, and Sales; integrates suppliers early, manages strategic categories, evaluates and negotiates with global suppliers, performs cost and risk analysis, secures tooling, and oversees commercial agreements and supply-chain quality. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least three years of purchasing and strategic sourcing experience in high-tech manufacturing, strong negotiation and supplier-management skills, fluent English, and willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
