Description
The NPI Engineer supports new product introduction from development through mass production, serving as the liaison between Development Engineering and Operations. Responsibilities include manufacturing readiness, engineering builds, process and test validation, issue resolution, yield improvement, production ramp-up, project planning, equipment and capacity planning, process documentation, audits, and continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, knowledge of basic electronics, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.
