Description
Molex is hiring an NPI Tooling Engineer in Zacoalco de Torres, Jalisco, to lead tooling development and management for new product introductions. The role oversees injection-mold and tooling validation, collaborates with suppliers and cross-functional partners, manages tooling projects and launch milestones, and drives maintenance, reliability, productivity, and cost-improvement initiatives. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and experience with tooling, mold development, validation, or manufacturing engineering are required, along with knowledge of injection molding, CAD, mold qualification, and root-cause analysis.
