Description
The Plexus Program Leadership role leads a regional program leadership team and direct reports across global geographic regions and Plexus market sectors. The role owns the development and execution of full-value-stream, new-product-introduction, and transition programs; coordinates engineering solutions, supply chain, manufacturing, sustaining solutions, and customers; manages program KSFs and KPIs; supports business development; and oversees resource planning, service-center costs, and product commercialization P&L. The position requires 10 years of related experience, with 5 years of equivalent industry experience preferred, along with strong communication, computer, presentation, mentoring, and program-management skills.
