Description
The NPO Engineer will optimize multi-vendor radio networks across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G systems, analyze poor-cell performance, tune network parameters, perform root-cause analysis, create SLA KPI reports, and coordinate site acceptance. The role also involves engaging with customers, developing innovative solutions, and improving coverage, quality, capacity, and user experience. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least four years of hands-on RF planning and optimization experience, with Ericsson and Nokia radio access expertise.
