Description
ParaMed is hiring a full-time NSWOC RN for community home care, with a Monday-Friday 0830–1630 schedule and a mandatory wound certificate. The role manages nursing practice quality, assesses and monitors residents or patients, develops and evaluates care plans, supervises nursing and personal care staff, conducts performance appraisals, and provides nursing-direction in the absence of the Director of Care. Applicants must hold a current certificate of competence, be registered or eligible for registration with the relevant professional institution, have previous similar experience in community or long-term care, and have reliable vehicle access in the community.
