Stichting Elan is hiring a Language in the Neighborhood Teacher to coach and inspire adult residents in the Noord district of Amsterdam who are learning Dutch and want to participate more actively in their community. The role involves practical, hands-on teaching at community centers or neighborhood rooms, with employment during school weeks and negotiable hours. Applicants need at least two years of NT2 teaching experience, certification or completion of the training, adult-teaching experience, Dutch-language affinity, creativity, independence, collaboration, and an eye for improving teaching materials.
