Description
Micron is hiring a Realtime Defect Analysis (RDA) Technology Development Engineer to support defect detection equipment, recipe management, tool recovery, software upgrades, tool monitoring, data analysis, and systematic and random defect improvement. The role collaborates with process integration, process development, data science, yield analysis, research and development, and high-volume manufacturing teams, and requires expertise in X-ray, scanning acoustic microscopy, and SEM inspection tools. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering or materials science field is accepted, while three or more years of NAND semiconductor manufacturing experience in RDA applications is preferred.
