Micron is hiring a Yield Analysis Engineer for its NAND Technology Department in Singapore. The role focuses on discovering and quantifying yield issues, performing statistical and data-mining analysis, driving root-cause investigations, improving inline detection and test bins, and collaborating with process, design, failure analysis, and manufacturing teams to improve NAND product yield, quality, reliability, and manufacturability. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Material Science, 5–7 years of experience in failure analysis, yield analysis, or yield enhancement, and fluency in Python, JavaScript, C, or C++.
