Description
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist independently performs diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures, prepares and administers radiopharmaceuticals, evaluates image quality, coordinates patient flow, and follows radiation safety and quality-control practices. The role requires an associate degree in Allied Health with a Nuclear Medicine Technology major, CPR certification within 30 days of hire, nuclear medicine registry, ODH licensure, and ARRT RT (R) registry or NMTCB. No prior job-related experience is required, while one year of specialized nuclear medicine experience is preferred.
