Description
GHD is hiring a Nuclear Energy Engineering Design Leader to provide technical leadership for its nuclear practice in Ontario. The role leads multidisciplinary teams, develops a 3–5-year technical capability plan, establishes nuclear delivery and quality frameworks, supports project delivery and strategic bids, guides CSA N286/N299 compliance, builds partnerships, and represents GHD at industry events. Candidates need a professional engineering or equivalent nuclear credential, 10–20+ years of nuclear-sector experience, deep Ontario owner/operator knowledge, and familiarity with nuclear quality programs, SMR development, refurbishment, decommissioning, regulatory processes, and capability planning. The position follows a hybrid model with three days in the office and travel across Ontario.
