Description
Assystem is hiring a nuclear engineering systems engineer to lead technical projects in the Fusion and Modular Nuclear Business Unit. The role coordinates operations concepts, functional and system architectures, requirements, compliance statements, verification and validation planning, optioneering, design risk assessments, technical management, design configurations, breakdown structures, and cross-disciplinary design coordination. It also involves responding to technical queries, applying systems engineering best practices, developing Model-Based Systems Engineering approaches, and reporting progress to the Project Lead Engineer (Systems and Integration). Applicants must meet UK security clearance criteria, and the position offers hybrid work with 1–2 remote days per week.
