Description
The Nuclear Pharmacist prepares and dispenses radiopharmaceuticals using sterile compounding practices, manages pharmacy shifts, supervises laboratory and radiation-safety activities, handles hazardous materials, maintains inventory and quality controls, and trains employees. The role requires a Pharm.D. or pharmacy-related education, pharmacy licensure or eligibility, willingness to work on-call and accommodate shift changes, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Previous experience with sterile compounding, clean rooms, and effective communication is preferred.
