Description
CEA is hiring a Numerical Simulation and Machine Learning Engineer for Biomolecular Systems for a four-month fixed-term contract at its Grenoble research institute. The role develops and applies machine learning methods to data from BigDFT quantum-mechanical simulations of biomolecular systems, analyzes macromolecular interactions and structure-property correlations, processes datasets, visualizes results, and contributes to scientific dissemination. The position requires an engineering or relevant master's degree, scientific programming in Python, machine learning knowledge, scientific data analysis, and strong teamwork and autonomy; some initial research experience is desirable. The role is based in Grenoble, France, and requires fluent English.
