Høgehaug Bo- og behandlingssenter is hiring a permanent nurse for institutional health and care services. The role works every second or third weekend with a possible flexible working-time arrangement and involves contributing to residents’ quality of life, security, and coping. Applicants need nursing education, Norwegian authorization, good spoken and written Norwegian, and professional commitment; recent graduates receive training and follow-up. The position offers a recruitment supplement of 40,000, a student loan write-down of 25,000 per year, and an additional 30,000 for working every other weekend, along with housing and kindergarten assistance.
