Saffier is hiring several nurses for its residential care location De Baton in The Hague, which serves people with dementia and includes a Closed Screening and Recovery unit. The role involves coordinating, providing, and monitoring nursing care; identifying complex care and behavioral issues; observing and reporting changes in residents’ health and behavior; developing care goals; and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Applicants need an MBO or HBO nursing diploma and BIG registration, with psychogeriatric, somatic, or behavioral-care experience preferred. The position offers a salary of FWG 45 under the CAO VVT, up to €4,245.84 gross per month for a 36-hour workweek, along with pension, holiday allowance, bonus, training, and other employee benefits.
