Description
The Nurse will lead the nursing team and support a multidisciplinary team in patient and family care throughout hospitalization. The role includes planning, organizing, and coordinating shift activities under the Nursing Coordinator, providing care aligned with nursing indicators and institutional values, and working with a psychologist to identify needs related to physical, psychological, spiritual, and social suffering. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, professional board registration, and experience in direct patient care in hospital inpatient units; palliative care and rehabilitation experience are preferred.
