GDIT is hiring a Nurse Analyst / Investigator to support Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) activities in Baltimore, Maryland, with remote work allowed. The role supports the Fraud Prevention System Modeling and Analytics contract by reviewing Medicare and Medicaid fraud, waste, and abuse issues, writing and reviewing edit proposals, analyzing policy and clinical questions, and helping identify candidate topics for new pre-payment edits and post-payment models. The position requires a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse with extensive clinical and Medicare program integrity experience, medical coding knowledge, and the ability to pass a CMS security clearance and background check.
