Description
This is a Pre-NCLEX position designed for new graduates who will participate in a twelve-week practice immersion curriculum within the Immersive Readiness Environment (NSPIRE) program. The program aims to prepare them for a twelve-month nurse residency by providing hands-on clinical exposure, shadowing experienced nurses, and observing healthcare team dynamics. Although patient interaction is limited during this phase, the Nurse Apprentice will develop essential skills and build confidence in an acute care setting.
