Description
This role involves providing nursing care within the scope of practice, ensuring patient needs are met according to established standards, physician orders, and organizational policies. Key responsibilities include infection control manual adherence, participation in quality improvement initiatives, utilization of the Quality Life Manual for patient program identification, communication of patient changes across departments, patient/family education, medication administration, treatment administration, and accurate transcription and execution of physician orders.
