The Nurse will provide personalized medical, psychological, and physical care to residents in a residential care center, supporting their independence and well-being. The role includes medical procedures, medication administration, wound care, resident record follow-up, coordination with colleagues and family members, and participation in care-improvement initiatives. Applicants need a Graduate (HBO5) or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team; elderly-care experience is advantageous but not required.
