The role supports Nurse Case Managers and injured workers by coordinating communications, employer contact, jurisdictional compliance, medical documentation, case-file updates, provider information, appointment letters, and ancillary-service data. Candidates must hold active nursing licenses in the Philippines and mainland United States, have at least one year of U.S. healthcare experience, and be available to work from Makati City or an assigned office location.
