Cencora is hiring a Nurse Case Manager to support patients and healthcare providers in Canada through Innomar Strategies. The role provides information on patient support services, diseases, and therapies; assists with assessments and medication access; documents and follows up on patient cases; coordinates treatment logistics; supports therapy funding; reports adverse events; and collaborates with healthcare providers, pharmacies, clinics, reimbursement specialists, and physicians. The position requires an active RN or RPN/LPN license, a diploma in healthcare or a related field, and 2–5 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, insurance, or a related field. It is full time and offers a salary range of $64,300 CAD to $99,000 CAD, along with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
