Description
KSA Integration, a SDVOSB providing business and management solutions, is seeking certified Registered Nurse Case Managers (NCMs) to support the U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) Psychological Health Program (PHP). The NCMs will conduct clinical case management assessments, develop individualized care coordination plans, coordinate referrals across various healthcare systems, provide health promotion education, consult with Commanders on soldier health issues, participate in critical incident response, plan regional case management meetings, and maintain accurate case records.
